Join Chef Charlotte, founder of Flourbotton Bread and HCA Executive Chef, on a baking adventure into the world of bagels. Make classic yeast risen bagels and afterwards enjoy them with flavored cream cheese, smoked salmon, and all the fixings. While the bagels do their thing, learn about the ins and outs of sourdough and leave with your own sourdough starter!
