• Breakfast Hash with seasoned roasted roots (potatoes, beets, parsnips, sweet potatoes), caramelized onions, Jasper Hill Cheddar, eggs any style (GF) – $16
• Vegan Breakfast Hash with seasoned roasted roots, turmeric fried tofu, caramelized onions, & kale (GF & vegan) – $16
• Yogurt & Granola with housemade maple-almond granola, fresh fruit, yogurt (GF) – $8
• Maple Glazed Apple-Walnut Scones served warm with maple butter – $6
