Chef Charlotte will source as many local ingredients as she can to celebrate our local producers with simple, hearty, delicious French Canadian inspired fare including, Soupe au Pois, Meat or Vegetarian Tourtiere, Maple Baked Beans, Cheddar Biscuits, Green Salad, Coffee & Tea, and Maple Cream Pie.
