Join us in the big white tent for an afternoon of scrummy treats from our favorite British baking show. Our Star Baker, Lydia, along with other local bakers, will create exquisite nosh that is sure to leave you chuffed! Delight in the posh decadence of Bakewell tart featuring a shortcrust pastry, frangipane, and fresh jam; enjoy Victoria sandwich with layers of golden sponge, local jam, and buttercream; sample glazed Chelsea buns with currants and mixed spices; nibble cream puffs and French macarons. Come in and taste other traditional British pastries and showstoppers fit for the gingham altar. This combination of bits n’ bobs is worth every calorie – and a handshake or two from Paul!
