In 2024, Jeff Pierpont ( Interim Minister at the Greensboro United Church of Christ) selected to participate in an intensive seminar sponsored by the Simon Wiesenthal Center and New Brunswick Theological Seminary. His journey through Poland included archival research at the POLIN Museum and the Jewish Historical Institute in Warsaw, and visits to significant Holocaust sites such as Treblinka, Chelmno, Plaszow, Auschwitz-Birkenau, and the Warsaw Ghetto. These two presentations will combine history and personal reflection, inviting us to remember, reflect, and consider how we may live in response to the lessons of the Holocaust.
