A Casual Sunday Brunch Celebrating Local Food and Music on the HCA Lawn and Patio.

Savor the last bit of summer with tasty eats and up-beats on the lawn this Labor Day Weekend! Sip a Bloody Mary, relish a smoked chicken sausage plate, enjoy smoked salmon on a bagel, dig into a veggie frittata or nibble a sweet treat featuring local ingredients… Lunch local while the NEK’s own all-stars, Slim Pickins (the Rowell quartet), Roy MacNeil and Jaded Ravins all take a turn performing on HCA’s outside stage. Featuring Vermont purveyors and farm partners including Wilson Farm, North Country Smokehouse, Patchwork Farm, Per’s Smoked of Vermont, Maplebrook Farm, Barr Hill, Jasper Hill Creamery, and more. Vegan and gluten free options are available.  

Your ticket includes a brunch box with small bites and a main, admission to the show, and a visit to the dessert bar for pastries and non-alcoholic beverages. Summer cocktails will be available for purchase. Patio seating is first come, first serve.

Patchwork Farm baguette bruschetta with local tomatoes and Maplebrook Farm Mozzarella and Devil Eggs.

Hummus and Crudités (Vegan and Gluten Free)  

MAINS:

Bagel Box – Patchwork Farm bagel with cream cheese and Per’s Smoked Salmon.

Summer Frittata – Summer veggie frittata. (Gluten Free)

Cloud 9 – North Country Smokehouse chicken sausage with caramelized onion, poblano peppers and Jasper Hill Cheese sauce over polenta.
