Could chair yoga be beneficial for you? Come to hear what chair yoga is and to ask any questions you may have. A four-week series of Wednesday chair yoga classes start May 10.
Chair yoga is a practice of seated yoga, connecting to our breath and our bodies with gentle movement and stillness. We practice in community to cultivate acceptance and peace, to release tension and pain, and to expand our range of motion. All ages, all bodies welcome. No experience necessary.
